We ship with FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Most dry goods ordered by 1:00 p.m. EST ship the same day. Average dry‑goods transit time is about 2.3 days. Multiple warehouses may cause split shipments.
Shipping Costs by Product Type
Dry Goods: Free shipping on orders $39+.
Live Animals (fish, corals, inverts): Ship via FedEx Priority Overnight. Orders under $179: $39.99. Orders $179+: Free.
Live & Refrigerated Foods: Ship via FedEx Express 2‑Day Air. Orders under $40: $15. Orders $40+: Free.
Frozen Foods: Always ship FedEx Priority Overnight with dry ice. A $29.99 surcharge applies to every order (no free threshold).
Weather Holds for Live Shipments
For the safety of live animals, we may delay shipping during extreme weather. We’ll notify you and reschedule.
Carrier Choice, Expedited, and Saturday Delivery
You may choose a specific carrier or expedited service at checkout. Saturday delivery is included at no extra charge when you pay for shipping.
In‑Store Pickup
Available at PA and IL warehouses, Mon–Fri, 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. EST. Request pickup in your order comments.
Oversized/Overweight and Non‑Contiguous U.S.
Some oversized or overweight items may incur additional charges and do not qualify for free shipping outside the contiguous U.S.
