Ways to Order

• Online: Browse by category and checkout on the website.

Mixing Preorder and In‑Stock Items

• You can combine them in the same cart.

• In‑stock items ship immediately.

• Preorder items ship later once available (you’ll receive a separate shipment).

At checkout you can:

• Select your preferred carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS where applicable).

• Upgrade to expedited services for faster delivery.

• Benefit from Saturday delivery at no extra charge when you pay for shipping.

In‑Store Pickup (Will‑Call)

• Available at select warehouses in Pennsylvania and Illinois.

• Pickup hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. EST.

• To request pickup, note it in your order comments. We’ll confirm when it’s ready.

Wholesale Accounts (U.S.)

• Apply for a business account if you are a U.S. wholesale customer.

• Shipping: Qualifying dry goods orders $300+ ship free; orders that include live or refrigerated items have a $50 flat charge.

• Rewards: Wholesale accounts earn loyalty rewards.

• Exclusions: Coupons/discounts do not apply to wholesale orders.
